To support this expansion, St George Community has appointed Sandeep Ghimire as NDIS Team Leader. With nearly a decade of experience in disability support and community services management, Sandeep brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. His background in team leadership, budget management, and compliance with legislative requirements will be instrumental in driving the growth of the organisation’s NDIS services. Before joining St George Community, Sandeep worked with Aruma, a well-respected disability service provider, where he was responsible for support management ensuring choice and control for participants, throughout to implementation of their NDIS plan and advocating for their rights to quality service.
