St George Community is a NDIS Registered Service Provider. We provide a large range of services to people with NDIS Plans and we work with our participants to help them reach their goals.
Our services include:
- Assistance to access the community using our transport service
- Assistance to access the community with the help of a one-on-one worker
- Help in the home with cleaning, cooking, meal preparation
- Help outside the home with shopping, social activities, personal appointments
- Personal assistance at home with showering, grooming and completing daily tasks.
Getting started is easy. If you have a NDIS plan you can call us and we will advise you of the next steps to receiving a service. If you do not have a NDIS Plan you can call 1800 800 110 to talk to a NDIS representative.
